CFA Start Up Information Request - Did your CFA take on Silviculture Obligations?
Have any community forests  gone through a formal transfer of silviculture obligations from the major licensee – i.e. pay us some money now, and we’ll take over your obligations.  There is provision in FRPA for this, and it makes sense that some of the newer CFAs may have gone through this as a condition of their agreement. Ken Day, Manager of the Williams Lake CF would like to link with someone who has been through it already to see if this is a road they should venture down. contact Ken at 250-392-2207 or  manager.wlcf@shaw.ca
