2016 Indicators Survey
The second annual Community Forest Indicators Survey will be sent out on
October 5th. Our target is full participation of all of our members. In addition to the questions on the 18 indicators, the survey will include questions that will help inform BCCFA strategic planning. If you will be doing the survey for the first time we encourage you to take a look at the
Framework and Methodology Document to know the questions that will be asked as well as the
2014 Indicators Report.
Survey deadline is November 9th.

Two workshops on adapting forest and natural resource management for a changing climate more information
FLNR Competitiveness and Innovation Branch is sponsoring the workshops, with input from a wide array of contributors.
- October 7-8 in Williams Lake, a field session will be on adapting forest management for a changing climate;
- October 28th and 29th in Vernon the classroom-based workshop is more broadly on adapting natural resource management to a changing climate.
