That was the mix this December 2020 at FACES Ministry.
Despite all the complications of 2020, FACES Ministry finished the year out strong.
Our big party at the ministry center was divided into three “little parties” in order to maintain COVID social distancing requirements.
These precious kids are accustomed to the "drill" now and they know to keep those masks on!
Large numbers of indigenous folks came out for our traditional special outreach programs we have conducted in the mountain villages every year since 2006. All together FACES ministered to over 2,000 children and adults this Christmas season. PTL!
It was such a blessing to see the kids praying and responding during the altar call.
With your help all the children received a Christmas Candy Gift Bag. We were also able to provide gifts and New Testaments for many of the children.
Thank you so much, FACES partners, for you excitement over our recent Christmas campaign. A special shout-out goes to Pastor David Vanoy (New Vision COG), Pastor Roy Webb (Greater Outreach COG), and Sister Berta Lippmann (Williston COG) who helped get the word out about our llama blankets! It was a great success!
We’ve also taken a stroll down memory lane and are posting some photos of Christmases gone by. Sometimes it’s good to take a look back and see how God has been faithful through the years. Many of you have been constant contributors since the very first Christmas Celebration with the kids in 2003. A lot of good has been done and we thank God for it all!
