Anyway.

Long time etc. First one of these since 2014. Blimey.

Fit and the Conniptions haven't gigged yet this year, because we've been in the studio recording instead. There'll be a new album release in Spring 2017, but we're releasing a few of the tunes now, because, well, dammit, we're all excited and want you to hear them.

Plus it's the new bass / viola / drums line-up. Unless you've been stalking Wayne on Twitter and Soundcloud, you won't have heard us sound quite like this before.

Anyway anyway. The new EP, 'Move On', will be available on music.conniptions.org starting from Tuesday next week. The 20th. It's a download only thing this time. Usual Bandcamp rules apply.

We're also going to celebrate the same night with our first and last gig of 2016: if you happen to be in or near London on Tuesday, please come down to the Spiritual Bar, 4-6 Ferdinand Street, NW1 8ER from about 8pm or so. There'll be a bunch of acts plus us at about 10. Free in, do come, you will enjoy it. Bring friends. Not too many friends. Place isn't all that big.
