Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills is the required outdoor training for all Scoutmasters, assistant Scoutmasters, and other adult leaders. The skills taught are based on the outdoor skills found in The Boy Scout Handbook. The course focuses on skills that build confidence and competence in leaders conducting outdoor camping experiences. BALOO ( Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation) is the Cub Scout leader training required for any Cub Scout den or pack outdoor event, including pack camping overnighters and Webelos den overnighters. March 12-13 Registration
Greenbar Introduction to Leadership Skills or Troops. The Course presents the skills in a practical unique fun environment of an actual patrol. Youth Instruction presented to youth as the real patrol experience. The course is designed to train an entire patrol or train select youth leaders of a troop and supply them with resources and confidence to return to their unit and execute such training within their unit.
