If you are in the market for a new Apple HomePod be aware that they can leave some white rings on surfaces. This seems to particularly be on wood surfaces. Apple has issued a cleaning article but they state that any device that uses silicon as a sound buffer has the potential to leave residue.

You can read more on it from MacRumors here
With YouTubeTV rolling out into more locations would you be willing to pay $40 for their current services? Currently it offers the major four stations - ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox. This would add some missing Turner channels like CNN and Cartoon Network

AppleInsider has more on it here
According to Bloomberg they believe that Apple will incorporate a Apple coprocessor in three new Macs and one new iPad configuration this fall. This seems to be more rumor than fact since information is pretty scarce on this development.

AppleInsider has more on that here
There have been rumors that Facebook is testing a new service called "Protect" from Onavo which Facebook acquired in 2013. Like all VPNs it is designed to protect your data while it is being sent across the internet by tunneling your data through an encrypted path to protect against eavesdropping. The problem is that Onavo combs through your data and then sends it to Facebook who then can use it for their own purposes.

Wired gets more in-depth on the service here
