Sustainable Living Festival

Coming soon ...
Can you help?
Kyneton Transition Hub is planning on having a presence at the Macedon Ranges Sustainable Living Festival in Woodend on Saturday 27th February. To make this possible, we would love to have your help at the stall for an hour (or more).

As Transition groups are a community-based grass-roots approach to sustainability. talking to others about your own sustainable actions would be a great advantage. So if you're growing your own produce, preserving, recycling, repurposing or networking in our community we would appreciate your help.
Open Edible Gardens -
Expressions of Interest
Over the last two years KTH has held several very successful Edible Garden Open Days.

Plans are underway for repeating this in March, and we are looking for gardeners who would like to show off their gardens as well as volunteers interested in helping with organising. There will be a small team working on this, so the workload for each volunteer is light.

The preferred day is Sunday 13th March to take advantage of lots of visitors in town for the long weekend and Lost Trades Fair. Gardeners only need to open their gardens for two hours between approximately 10 am and 4 pm.

Please contact us if you can offer your garden or some help.
Email us at KynetonTH@gmail.com or phone Julie on 5422 3023
if you can help with either of these activities.

Working together to make our community stronger, happier and more resilient as we deal with the impact of peak oil and climate change.
