Dear Friends of Allison Rimm and Associates,

Happy New Year! With resolutions made and reflections underway on the year ahead, many people are thinking about how to make 2019 as productive and pleasant as possible. It’s always fascinating to see how the challenges my clients are grappling with seem to come in clusters. Scorecard Article Now a Chapter in HBR's New Book

My Harvard Business Review article on choosing between two jobs is now featured as a chapter in their new book, HBR's Guide to Changing Your Career. Many readers have found the scorecard to help people identify and weigh the pros and cons of different job options to be very helpful. While jumping from job to job can be tempting, you need to be careful not to overdo and be seen as a job-hopper. I was invited to give advice on how to think strategically and answer listener questions on this topic along with cohosts Alison Beard and Dan McGinn. Listen here.

May you move mindfully through 2019 and find satisfaction and pleasure in every day as you face life's challenges and opportunities.

Wishing you a joyous and impactful New Year,
