People Are the Sky: A Film on North Korea with Kim-Gibson

Join Brown East Asian Studies DUG and Kim-Gibson, the first and only person authorized by the North Korean government to film inside North Korea, for a screening of her documentary People Are the Sky. Discussion with Kim-Gibson will follow the film.

HKSA Presents: Hanzi Screening

On Saturday, April 7th, at 5 PM in BERT 130, the Brown-RISD Hong Kong Student Association will be hosting a screening of Hanzi, a documentary film featuring modern Chinese typography and its international significance in conversation with visual design and cultural identity.
