2017-18 STRATEGIC PLANNING

In September 2017, our Board of Directors launched the Strategic Plan process for Seattle Nativity School. Our Board of Directors commissioned a Steering Committee with representatives
from the school's major constituencies to work over the year to produce a long-range plan that is:
Broadly-owned
Focused
Implementation-oriented
Forward-thinking
2017-18 STRATEGIC PLANNING TIMELINE
Our Strategic Plan Steering Committee successfully engaged 250 members
of the Seattle Nativity School community in the process.
After months of work, we are completing the Topic Team Meetings phase, resulting in Strategic Goals in four areas. Once Strategic Goal recommendations are received from our Topic Teams, the Steering Committee will craft a Strategic Plan document. Our Board of Directors will review the Strategic Plan in September 2018.  Fr. Jeff McDougall, S.J., and his administrative team will work to develop an implementation plan this spring. Our Strategic Plan will guide key decisions made by our Board of Directors, administration, faculty, parents, students and our community who are an important part of the success of Seattle Nativity School.
Special thanks to our community for their dedication and hard work during this process.
