Hasn’t the year started with a bang!? So many fantastic initiatives underway to build the future of food and fibre education and we’re excited for the launch of several new resources and programs that are on the horizon for PIEFA and our member organisations.

This #InternationalWomen'sDay we celebrate the incredible women & girls in STEM who are trailblazing for a more sustainable tomorrow.

I also had the pleasure of attending another fantastic evokeAG conference in Adelaide a couple weeks ago, which provided a wonderful opportunity to connect with farmers, innovators and researchers in the agrifood sector.

Please enjoy the March edition of PIEFA News, which includes the latest updates on PIEFA Conference planning, along with excellent opportunities for teachers to attend. We also have prizes, scholarships, and new resources available - and you can contribute to the development of new classroom resources for fisheries, aquaculture, and marine studies.

As always, thanks for tuning in!
