Dear <<First Name>>,

“Uncertainty is toxic for economic recovery”

This is a big statement, but it applies equally to the rebuilding of Tasmanian exports of horticultural products, because as uncertainty reduces economic growth returns.

THE OTHER SIDE is all about embracing the uncertainty and building markets in the NEW normal sensibly and responsibly.

As you would note, there is now a dedicated THE OTHER SIDE Newsletter. This is the second edition. The first edition was the letter sent to stakeholders last week.

Primarily, I wanted to let you know that the knowledge bank of resources is now available on our website and will be updated twice a week. The resources can be found here.

We are having our first virtual meeting at 3pm on Monday 18 May 2020. An agenda and background paper have been sent to all TOS Project stakeholders and observers.
If you would like to know the background of THE OTHER SIDE please see our previous Newsletters dated 19 April, 26 April, 11 May, and 5 May. All previous editions can be found here.

Speak with you all later today at 3pm.

Cheers,

Ian Locke
