Please Note:
Patients must come alone to their appointments unless they need assistance with walking or are accompanying a minor. For patients needing assistance walking or are bring brought in by a wheelchair, someone that you may bring with you may assist you to enter the building. However, they may be asked to wait in their car for the duration of the patient’s visit.
If patients have provided us a mobile number, they may receive a text the day of their appointment. It will advise patients once parked in our office parking lot to ‘click a link’ and follow the directions. By doing this, SOS staff is alerted that patients have arrived for their appointment. After clicking the link, patients remain in their vehicle until a receptionist calls them with further instructions. A receptionist will typically call within 15 minutes to check patients in and advise when to go inside.
