Please Note:
Patients must come alone to their appointments, unless they need assistance with walking or are accompanying a minor. Once in the exam room, patients can include a relative or friend in the conversation by calling them. Patients are welcome to use their own device to call that individual, so they can also listen to the SOS provider as well as ask questions.
If patients have provided us a mobile number, they may receive a text the day of their appointment. It will advise patients once parked in our office parking lot to ‘click a link’ and follow the directions. By doing this, SOS staff is alerted that patients have arrived for their appointment. After clicking the link, patients remain in their vehicle until a receptionist calls them with further instructions. A receptionist will typically call within 15 minutes to check patients in and advise when to go inside.
