LINK PUMPS AUSTRALIAN OPEN
Here are the results of Day 4:

Top seed, Camden Riviere, had another clinical victory, this time over Michael Williams 6/1 6/1 6/0, while second seed Steve Virgona was methodical in dispatching John Lumley 6/1 6/3 6/1. Local hero Frank Filippelli beat Andy Fowler easily, 6/2 6/1 6/3.

Finally, last night Kieran Booth and Chris Chapman produced some amazing tennis to thrill a large crowd. Four high quality sets, with Kieran emerging triumphant 6/3 5/6 6/2 6/4. Chappie holds the honours for shot of the tournament so far. Kieran smacked a fierce main wall force which Chappie misread and had to hit from behind his back...only to see the ball fly into the winning gallery!

Today, we have four great doubles quarter finals:

12.00 Chris Chapman & John Lumley v Brett McFarlane & Lewis Williams
2pm Frank Filippelli & Andy Fowler v Paul Tabley & CJ White
4pm Camden Riviere & Nick Howell v Michael & Dan Williams
6.15pm, Match of the Day, Youth v Experience! Steve Virgona & Kieran Booth v Jonathan Howell & Graham Hyland

This weekend, we have the Singles semifinals on Saturday - 1pm Riviere v Filippelli and 3pm Booth v Virgona. On Sunday, there will be doubles semi finals at 1pm and 4pm. Come on down, admission is free!

Finally, please come along and meet the players at our tournament dinner tomorrow night. It will be a fun night, with great Chinese food. Guests most welcome too. Sign up in the club by COB tonight or call the pros.

Cheers
