MDIY News - August

It's restorative Friday! Second Friday of every month, our lovely teacher Joan helps us appreciate the passive effects of yoga. Perfect if you feel stressed, are or have been ill, or just need some quiet space. All welcome, 6pm - 7:15pm £6.50

August 17th is our Pune style practice day, 10am - 1pm.
MDIY is open for your own practice, use our reference library our props and enjoy the space. There is no teaching; just you, doing whatever you would like to practice

Yoga Philosophy weekend with Edwin Bryant & Julie Brown
Come and enjoy a weekend of philosophy and asana practice as we look at the Bhakti Sutras, and some of the related stories. Not sure if it's for you? Come and try a session or for just the asana sessions, separate days and sessions are available to book - email clare@mdiiy.org.uk

Diego is carrying out research on yoga teachers. If you are a teacher, and willing to take part by answering some questions about your yoga teaching and your personal practice, the link will take you straight to his survey. The research may be of interest to anyone committed to teaching yoga and who is concerned with how yoga is being shaped by the industry.

Survey closes 10th August.
