Didn't receive your traffic stats?
There are a few reasons this might happen:
- The email address we are sending from is being filtered at your end.
- The email we are sending to is no longer available or monitored.
- You need to whitelist firstname.lastname@example.org to receive traffic reports. Check your spam for email from that address.
- Be sure that you have current emails assigned to all the necessary contact points in your VITA and our accounts. Review this infographic and update your contact information for all the right channels!
