The next deadline for the Documentary Heritage Communities Program is January 8th, 2019

Library and Archives Canada has announced that the next round of their federal project funding for heritage is open!

Upcoming Seminar on Crafting Successful DHCP Applications

Library and Archives Canada is hosting a one-day seminar on its Documentary Heritage Communities Program grant funding. The event will be on November 6th from 9am to 3pm. You can attend in-person in Ottawa, and it will also be livestreamed! You can tune in here.

Speakers will include:

  • recipients of small and large contributions of funds from the DHCP program, who will discuss the development and implementation of their projects, including what obstacles they encountered and what best practices they would like to share;
  • subject matter advisors from Library and Archives Canada, who will discuss what they look for in project applications; and
  • representatives from select Government of Canada organizations, who will present their funding programs.
