We have been given an extension of our current $1 per year rent by the ACC Mayor and Commissioners. All organizations who received the $1 per year rent are required to receive Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Training. They have also said we will sit down in the next six months to discuss our future situation. Our Community Benefits Application was approved, so the scary 25K rent number is vanquished for now!
It remains the goal of this committee to keep the public art we provide to our community in the building that was built and donated for the use of our organization, at $1/year.
