Bad Science Watch Needs Your Support

Making Science Accessible

At Bad Science Watch, we believe that understanding the science behind important issues must be within reach of everyone, not just professional scientists. We are committed to presenting our research findings and evaluations in an accessible, honest, and open manner that everyone can understand. By presenting the facts about controversial issues without bias, we aim to help Canadians make informed decisions for themselves and their families.

Bad Science Watch does a great job of communicating information about scientific issues that are relevant to every Canadian in a way everyone can understand. As an health care practitioner, I appreciate that they provide health consumers with accessible summaries of the best available evidence and ways to take action on important issues.”

Kimberly Hebert, Registered Occupational Therapist, Ottawa

Effective Communication

Canadian consumer-protection laws are under attack from "health freedom" proponents who want to sell unproven and often poor quality medicines without government oversight. There is an urgent need to convince politicians and regulators of the importance of science-based health care policy. Bad Science Watch is hard at work to address that need, but we are severely limited by our lack of resources and we need your help now!
