Transport yourself to the beautiful white sand beaches and blue seas of the Caribbean with our July special. Grilled salmon (or, in the vegetarian version, roasted cauliflower) is served with our twist on a bright Cuban Mojo Sauce made with fresh lime and orange juice, ginger and turmeric. The fragrant rice salad is studded with crispy lentils, toasted coconut and crunchy peanuts with a hint of cilantro and lime.
