BioSkin Jetting at Margaret Balfour Beauty Centre A natural method of correcting fine lines and wrinkles. We do not use Botox and Fillers.
How does it work? By activating the area immediately underneath the lines and wrinkles, the skin is stimulated into forming new tissue. This new tissue contains collagen and elastin fibres that spread through lines and wrinkles. Following the first treatment there will be a visible difference in the depth of lines.
Where is it effective? BioSkin Jetting is very effective on the forehead, around the eyes, on the cheeks, the upper lip and the nasolabial fold.
How many treatments will I need? We recommend a course of 7 treatments 10 to 14 days apart. Following the initial course of treatments a good skin care routine, maybe certain life style changes, and occasional top up treatments will ensure the results are long lasting.
What does the skin look like after a treatment? Immediately after the treatment fine lines are transformed into fine red lines which disappear within a few days. In the intervening period these are completely camouflaged.
Is the treatment painful and is it safe? There is very little discomfort, we recommend a light anaesthetic cream is applied to the skin approximately an hour before the treatment. BioSkin Jetting is totally safe and natural - no foreign substances are injected into the skin. How much will the treatment cost? A course of 7 treatments £389 | Single treatment £60

NEW | Clarins Hydra-Essentiel Skincare
Is your skin dull and dehydrated?
Clarins NEW Hydra-Essentiel skincare range featuring Organic Leaf of Life, a highly resilient plant that boosts the skin’s ability to retain precious moisture for all day hydration, would be perfect for you.
How do I know if my skin is dehydrated?
When you gently push up the surface of the skin, if it looks crepey with superficial lines and wrinkles, it is very likely to be dehydrated. Another sign is that your day and night creams might soak into the skin straight away and you feel you need to apply more.
Skin can become dehydrated for a number of reasons: Temperature changes (if it's cold outside then we go into a nice warm house or place of work), pollutants in the atmosphere, smoking, over indulging on food and drink and having hotter baths and showers. Drinking more tea and coffee to warm us up (as glass of water might not have the same appeal) isn't always the answer to dehydrated skin either - you may just need some extra help from your skin care products.
All skin types can become dehydrated, it is usually a temporary condition and is easily rectified with the right products. So if your skin is dry, oily or combination Clarins Hydra-Essentiel has the answer with a choice of four moisturisers and a serum.
Hydra-Essentiel Bi-Phase Serum The serum can be used night and morning under any day or night creams - a couple of pumps will sooth the skin and protect against moisture loss. Fine lines caused by dehydration are smoothed and the skin texture is improved. £44.00 for a 30ml pump bottle
The moisturising creams will keep your skin hydrated and radiant all day. There are 4 products to choose from, Hydra-Essentiel Silky Cream (with or without an SPF 15 for dry skin), Hydra-Essentiel Milky Lotion with SPF15 for all skin types and Hydra-Essentiel Cooling Gel for oily or combination skin. £36.00 for a 50ml jar
