We are sending this e-blast to provide updates and information on the Downtown East Toronto Ontario Health Team (DET OHT), as well as relevant news from the Ministry of Health.

DET OHT Wellness Hub Clinics

Our DET OHT partners have continued to collaborate to offer Wellness clinics at Regent Park CHC, 40 Oak St. and The Corner (200 Wellesley St. E).

As funding priorities are shifting beyond the COVID-19 pandemic, there is a need to reorganize the resources and staffing of the Wellness Clinics. This means COVID-19 assessment, treatment and vaccination will be directed to Public Health and other government identified centres going forward. Sherbourne Health and Regent Park Community Health Centre are both fully committed to continuing to focus on preventative care in the DET OHT Wellness Clinics.

We will share updates on changes with the Wellness Clinics when they become available.

MyChart
For those who have patients or clients accessing care at St. Michael’s Hospital, MyChart is a secure, online portal that can show them their own hospital records. It was developed at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and is now used in hospitals across Canada.

Depending on your Unity Health location, MyChart can show you lab and other test results as well as other helpful information. For more information and to register, visit MyChart - Unity Health Toronto.
