JUST TWO MINUTES NEEDED: ANNUAL SATISFACTION SURVEY
Each year, CCA asks you to share your feedback with us in our annual satisfaction survey for child care programs. This helps both us and our funders better understand how we are serving you. Please take a few short minutes to share your opinions about how we are meeting your needs as we share the latest early childhood and out-of-school learning resources! Note: CCA provides a number of services to help those through the process of opening a child care business - please mark "not applicable" if these services don't apply to you.

As Build, Learn, Grow (BLG) scholarships come to an end, the Office of Early Childhood and Out-of-School Learning (OECOSL) is providing continued support for hard-working families with school-agers by extending the deadline for temporary CCDF eligibility through August 12. This includes both families who received the original BLG scholarship and those receiving the summer scholarships. Families enrolled in participating school-age programs with incomes at or below 85% of state median income are eligible to apply for the state's CCDF program. To avoid a gap in coverage, providers should work with eligible families to apply as soon as possible. Review this reference guide for support, and find answers to frequently asked questions.

WHY DOES CCA KEEP CALLING?
There it is again, CCA showing up on your Caller ID. Why should you pick up? Because our conversation ensures that families we send to you are a good match for your program! This saves time for both you and the families we serve. There are two main reasons we might be calling:
|
|
|
- Vacancy checks - Families are desperate to find child care for their children these days. CCA staff call programs to inquire about openings on behalf of a particular family to meet their immediate need for care.
- Program updates - If it's been a while since we've talked to you about something other than your openings, we can't be sure our database is accurate for your program. We would hate to send a family to you for a service you don't provide, so it's important that our records are as up-to-date as possible.
Prize alert! Take the time to call US, and win!
Program update hours continue the last Tuesday/Thursday of each month from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Each month, those who call us at 317.636.5727 to update their program info during these hours will be entered to win a prize!
