Spring has sprung in Seton! 
As warmer temperatures begin and the snow begins to disappear, be sure to get outdoors and enjoy all that our community has to offer!

Seton HOA
The Seton HOA Development Permit is in the final stages of approval. Construction start anticipated late spring for an early summer 2023 opening.
This private 13,000 sq. ft. facility will be the hub of so many great activities and events for residents to enjoy.
BILD Calgary has identified Seton as a finalist for "Community of the Year" in the 2021 BILD Awards!

Winners will be announced April 30th.
Vertical construction continues in Seton Urban District, just north of Cineplex. These commercial retail units will offer space to ten new tenants coming to Seton this year. Most recently opened is Booster Juice, Petland & Evolve Strength.  Tenants are actively fitting out their spaces for spring openings, continue to monitor the website for updates on the new offerings. 

Retailers & Services 

Single-family builders Cedarglen, Jayman, Trico & Brookfield Homes are actively selling in Phase(s) 111 & 112. This area provides additional lots in Seton, including single-family front drive, single family laned, semi-detached, M-Series bungalows, Street Towns, and some exciting innovation product from Brookfield Homes.
Phase 117  is circulating through the City approval process. This new phase will bring on an additional 252 lots to the community as well as a new greenspace and wetland; this area will include walking paths, casual seating, and another active play area and will be home to the new show home parade. Construction will commence this May for an anticipated May 2023 show home parade opening.
Brookfield has recently submitted the subdivision application for Seton Phase 118 to the City for approval. This new phase will provide an additional 277 Lots to the community as well as a 12-acre MSR (Municipal School Reserve) green space.

Seasonal construction in the Phase 111 park is ramping up.  Crews will be rolling onto site to complete this highly active play zone. This area includes a Tri Court Basketball Zone, Intensive Fitness & Parkour Zone as well as a dedicated Skateboard Park. Use of the skate park will be limited &/or shut down at times as we complete the concrete finishing and soft landscape requirements. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Construction continues the commercial project Seton Crossing for a 2022 opening! As mentioned, offerings will include a gas bar & convenience store, quick service restaurants, liquor store and can also include medical/dental clinics, barber/salon & pre-school.
