The 2021 Warrnambool and District Easter Arts Festival is fast approaching. Your committee has been hard at work finalising the programme, preparing all the advertising and preparing our Covid-safe plans. After the disappointment of last year’s cancelled festival, we, as a committee, are eagerly awaiting the commencement of this year’s festival. Our programme is very diverse and there is something for everyone to enjoy - art exhibitions, competitions and displays, various concerts showcasing different musical genres, a local EXPO featuring local creative exhibitors, and a 3D cancer cell photography display and lecture which is also relevant for those studying VCE biology. Some events need to be pre-booked and we have included a separate list of them in this newsletter. We have enjoyed an enormous amount of support from many varied sources and for this we are extremely grateful. At the end of February, a 16-page A5 programme booklet will be available at many outlets. Please make sure you get a copy. We do hope you are as excited as us with such a varied programme.
