Annual Membership Dinner and Meeting

Celebrate, Mingle and Eat Your Fill at the Bike Coalition Annual Membership Dinner and Meeting!

What? Every year, the Bike Coalition hosts a membership meeting and dinner. Besides great food and beverages, you'll get to hear about our plans for next year, elect the Board of Directors and meet a bunch of great people who share your passion for making Sonoma County the best place to ride your bike.
Where? This year's meeting will be held at Odd Fellows Pacific Hall 545 Pacific Ave Santa Rosa, CA. Click here for a map showing the exact location. There will be secure INDOOR bike parking!
When? Dinner will be served at 6:00pm on Friday, February 5, 2016
Who? The event is only open to members in good standing. Not a member? We can fix that little problem if you click here. If you're already a member but not sure if you've renewed, don't worry - we'll let you know when you RSVP. For those who don't RSVP, we can take care of checking your membership at the door.
Who Else? Besides chatting with the SCBC Board and Staff about what's going on around the County, we have two very exciting and entertaining speakers: Santa Rosa City Council Member Gary Wysocky and Sonoma County Regional Parks Director Caryl Hart. We'll also have an update of what the Coalition has been up to and what's planned for next year by Executive Director Gary Helfrich and Safe Routes to School Coordinator Sarah Hadler.
Anything More? Just one thing: Please, please RSVP. We have an arrangement to take any leftover food to the Redwood Gospel Mission, but it would be great if our fabulous all-volunteer kitchen crew didn't have to work any harder than necessary prepping cooking and cleaning for all of us. Lagunitas Brewing

It's not even possible to say enough good things about our friends at Lagunitas. They have provided mind-boggling amounts of beer to the Bicycle Coalition and never once charged us. When you purchase one of their delightful malted sports beverages from us at an event, 100% of the proceeds go to bicycle advocacy! Does not get much better than that. Thanks Lagunitas!

Donahue Truck Centers

Since 2012, Donahue Truck Centers has provided trucks for our Safe Routes to School Programs.Donahue makes it possible to get our bike fleet to dozens of school from Cloverdale to Sonoma and are always there to help when problems arise. Even when we got the truck stuck in the mud last October, they sent two staff and a tow truck to bail us out at no cost! We want to give a special shout-out to Sara Wilson, the Donahue Office Manager, for always being so responsive and helpful when we need support. Thank you Donahue! The Sonoma County Bicycle Coalition appreciates you very much. If you need to rent a truck, these are the people to call.
