Don't Forget the Yin!

You are most likely in full holiday mode at this moment. Hopefully you've paused for just a few seconds in contemplation of Yin.. What and Why do we need Yin? Yin represents the cooling and calming sign to our Yang energy - which is extra busy this time of year as we work to cross everything off our to do list. Yin brings balance! To help stay focused, to help you enjoy the holiday season by being present, please make sure you are taking a bit of time for you each day. Check out this video for a few poses you can do at the end of the day to help cultivate your Yin side.
