If you are still saying 2020 was a bust, please stop. 

While the year was certainly one of great challenge and stress it was also not worthless, in fact quite the opposite. With our worlds being turned upside down and being pushed outside of our comfort zones, we were also forced to take a hard look at our daily life and life choices. We learned a lot about our selves, our inner strength, resolve and resiliency. This unexpected and uninvited push wasn't fun or easy, but the road of real transformation never is. So here we are, the dawn of a new year and the opportunity to take this work forward. To continue to create positive change, to learn and to serve. We don't get to skip 2020, but why would we want to anyway? There are no wasted days, weeks, months or years. Every moment is a gift, no matter how it feels at the time. Every day the best thing we can do for our self is just show up, step on to our mat and connect to our Self. To take care of our own well-being as our first priority and let the ripple effects of our practice help us inspire and serve those around us. 

I, like so many of you last year, was forced to "pivot." With my dreams for a wellness retreat business on hold and needing a new project to move my energy into, I've found myself coming back to my roots as an educator and trainer and I couldn’t be happier. Based on the success of my recent course Become Trauma Aware, I am launching a brand-new series of online virtual courses through the next few months focused on empowering us towards our own healing. Whether, through daily self-care practices with Yoga for Mental Well-Being, or helping us establish a movement practice that works for our body with Yoga for Pain Management. Open to both Yoga Teachers and Yoga Enthusiasts alike, or anyone looking for a more holistic approach to wellness and self-care. Right now, all courses are ON SALE UNTIL JANUARY 10, 2021.

Through this year of ups and downs I am so grateful for your support and I hope at some point I was able to offer you a little ray of light and a touch of inspiration on the road to your own daily practice. May 2021 offer you the opportunity to move deeper within, to raise your vibrations as I plan to continue to raise mine.
