Need a weekend away to pause and collect your thoughts? To be near the water and the trees. To look up and see the stars? To practice yoga and set your intentions as fall comes slowly in. Join me for this intimate small group retreat. I have booked two cottages side by side on Georgian Bay. Private rooms only (couples can book together). Plenty of space for safe dining, yoga practice and general free time and ease.

I have 3 private rooms available, two can accommodate couples. 

Split between two large cottages situated right on Georgian Bay with plenty of space for group discussions (satsang), yoga practices and sit-down vegetarian meals (dietary needs can be accommodated).  Enjoy some quiet time to read, reflect, play in the water or other healing modalities for your own self-care. All weekend activities are optional, allowing you to choose your own pace for healing and practice. Yoga experience is not required.

Registration closes Sept. 4th. Pre-screening for COVID-19 will be required 
Please note: Itinerary items are general (sometimes weather permitting) and times may vary. Everything is optional – you are the master of your healing process. 

Day 1 – Grounding

We arrive at the centre approximately 4pm. We will take some time to get settled before our first pranayama based (breath focused) Yoga class begins at 5pm. Dinner at 6:30pm followed by a fire ceremony, letting go of what is no longer serving us and setting our intentions for the weekend. 

Day 2 – Rejuvenation

We begin at 7am meditation on the dock. Though if you come out at 6:45am you will be able to catch some pretty epic sunrises. Breakfast follows at 8am. Satsang (group discussion: how and why we hold trauma/chronic stress + tension) and Trauma Releasing Yoga Practice from 9-12pm. After lunch the afternoon is yours to explore the area, get out on the water, reflect, read and journal. Dinner for 6pm and then a Yoga Nidra session will carry us off to sleep. 

Day 3 – Renewal

Once again meeting for meditation on the dock at 7am, followed by breakfast. 9am our Satsang will discuss: wellness and daily self-care practices followed by a Yoga Practice. After lunch we will have time to gather our stuff and say good-bye until next year. Departure is at 2pm.
