⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I have participated in Lisa’s classes both in person and virtually, so I knew it would be an inspiring and thoughtful practice. I had no idea how powerful the psoas release would be. I can't say I've ever noticed such a clear cause and effect connection, that was so on target, in my yoga practice before. For the student, it's some kind of magical--but it's also compelling evidence of Lisa's great expertise as a teacher.
