And then suddenly here we are, 6 months in. While I'm still finding myself struggling to navigate this new world of teaching and sharing Yoga, I also know that I can't wait any longer for the borders to open and my retreat business to get back on track. I need to forge ahead and start to build myself a new path. This month I'm working on Tapas - discipline for my everyday in order to reset the path and continue to move forward. It's time for me to take back responsibility over my work. I am still moving at a slower pace. I still plan to honour work that comes from my heart. To meditate and exercise daily, but I also need to dig in a bit more focus on the game plan. How has this journey been for you? Are you finding the same thing as September rolls in?
I have recently started a private Facebook group: Sangha Wellness Collective. A space to go when you are feeling alone or disconnected. To reach out and share, or read about how others are managing their own self-care and navigating this "new normal." The truth is we are not alone.
