Charitable IRA Rollovers - Any Time of Year

Tax benefits allow qualified IRA owners to experience the joy of giving more during their lifetime. You can give more for less. Required minimum distributions have been suspended for 2020, however, qualified charitable distributions can still be made up to $100,000. So your retirement funds can go farther than ever before.

You can make a difference now and in the future, with your gift to the
Forever Fund, designated fund, or other fund (excluding a Donor Advised Fund) within the Community Foundation.

Giving is one of life’s pleasures; we can help you enjoy it today. Call or text 517-278-4517 or email us for more information.

Supporting Young Artist

The Community Foundation is always happy to support young artists in our Community through the Kids' Art Rocks! program. Operations and Planning Manager, Madison Hilderley, is showing the piece that will be on display at the Community Foundation's office until next August. The piece is "Blue Mountain" by Lydia Kaniewski, who is also a previous Irma L English Memorial Music Scholarship Recipient!

Scholarship Portal Opens December 1

We are pleased to provide an online scholarship application platform that helps applicants apply for a variety of awards with a single submission. Those graduating from or who live in our service area and entering appropriately accredited post-secondary education institution – including trade schools, two-year degree programs, community colleges, and 4-year degree colleges and universities - are welcome to review the eligibility guidelines. We will open the online portal on December 1.

Year End Giving

Simplify your annual giving: one gift to BCCF, one tax receipt. We write the checks, you relax and enjoy the extra time knowing you’re still helping all the charities you care about.  Contact us for details at 517-278-4517 or send us an email at info@brcofoundation.org
