Aloha All,

Please join Vivian Best for ongoing Self-Aware, Self-Care: Awareness Through Movement® classes from 11am-12pm on Mondays on Zoom!

It's a wonderful way to check-in with your body in a gentle way and to practice presence and grace. 

No experience needed. Just come with a sense of curiosity!

Awareness Through Movement® lessons are exploratory movement experiences that involve thinking, sensing, moving, and imagining.  Expand your movement possibilities as you develop greater sensitivity and efficiency in your movements.  The lessons consist of comfortable, easy movements that gradually evolve into movements of greater range and complexity.  The goal is not to stretch or strain, but to move more and more towards finding appropriate effort and redefining what is easy.  

You'll want to have a mat and/or large towel/blanket.
