Camps:  Everyone that returned their camp form should now have received as applicable risk/health/volunteer forms and now be returning those.

We still cannot account for all Year 3 - Year 8 students. For those who have not filled in a camp form, please let us know. If for any reason you will not be attending any of the camps offered, we need to know that too.

In these uncertain times we need follow the strict guidelines and ensure that where we can we continue to provide these opportunities still so please support us by getting this information to us.

All camp monies need to be paid (or you have made a prior arrangement with Clare) to the office by Friday, 5th November please.

Account number: 02 0608 0056520 00

Pack the Bus:  SES will support the Wairarapa Pack the Bus appeal. On Tuesday 30th November (in the afternoon) the bus will pop into school and pick up any donations of gifts for children. If you are keen to support this please drop the gift off at the school office.

Staff 2022:  A few changes are in stall for us next year; Rebekah, Leo and family are having a year off to travel in their bus, which is so exciting. Charmaine Taplin (Monday - Thursday) and Carrie Watson (Friday) will be taking Rebekah's place in Rimu.

Sally will not be returning as the Miro teacher with Seetha. Rosa McFadzean will be doing Sally’s 2 days with Seetha in Miro.

Before the end of the 2021 school year you will be notified in regards to which classroom your child will be in for 2022.

Board of Trustees:  In Term 1 2022 there will be the BoT elections. If you are keen to find out more about what is involved come and join us for our last meeting of the year - WEDNESDAY 1st December - 7-8PM,  school staffroom.

 Athletics:
Cluster, interschool and regional athletics have all been cancelled. We will hold our own athletics at school and will update you with details closer to the time.

Through Their Eyes - Student Photography Exhibition

Hats

During the summertime: Compulsory Hats. No hat, No play! Please make sure that your child has a sun smart hat in their bag to use each day. We have a supply of school hats for sports days ONLY. For health reasons we need children to supply their own NAMED, SUN SMART hat.

Water

We are a Water Only School. We encourage all students to have a water bottle with them at school. If a child brings another type of drink to school the teachers will take the drink off them and give it back at the end of the day, to take home.
