The above photo is where I will be in Scotland from July 21 – Oct. 1^st, helping to staff YWAM’s School of Spiritual Deepening: http://www.ywamseamill.org/spiritual-deepening.  I’m excited to let you know that all of my money has now come in (together with my UK passport, in record time), so thank you, thank you, to all of you who have been praying and to those who have given financially!  It has been another tangible confirmation to me that this is “right” for this season.
 
A couple of prayer requests:
 

• The school is small at present (just 5 female students - working in countries such as Morocco, Turkey, and Afghanistan) and we would love to have at least 10…and more men!
• That I would have the time to prepare my heart and also work on lesson preparation (for teaching) – the weeks are beginning to get quite full before I leave.

 
Teaching:
 
In addition to my involvement on the Prayer Strategy Team (I also led prayer on the persecuted church twice this month for our staff team, using Voice of the Martyrs’ requests – I encourage you to check it out: http://www.persecution.org), I will be teaching on “Hot Seat Prayer” for our staff this week (basically just praying edification, encouragement, and comfort over people in 15-minute time slots)!
 
Please pray for me as I do some staff training for YWAM Oliver, the week of June 14^th.  It’s a bi-lingual English/Korean DTS staff group.  We’ll be discussing goal-setting, debriefing, and spiritual disciplines and I will also be facilitating a retreat for them - all in the context of staying healthy as missionaries.  I am currently working on ways to creatively tie all of that together!!  Pray that the staff will truly encounter God afresh, in preparation for leading the DTS.
