I completed the first draft of a sports psychology textbook titled, Elevate Your Excellence: The Mindset and Methods that Make Champions.
What you may not know...
is the tightly, focused attention required to write the book pushed me to a point of cognitive fatigue. Like an overworked muscle, I needed to relax my mental muscle.
