Rep. Stovall selected as Henry Toll Fellowship The Council of State Governments (CSG) recently selected Rep. Stovall as one of 48 members of the 2015 class of Henry Toll Fellows. The Toll Fellowship Program is a national leadership development program for state government officials. Each year, Toll Fellows brings 48 of the nation’s top officials from all three branches of state government to Lexington, Kentucky for an intensive six-day, five-night “intellectual boot camp.” Rep. Stovall and Rep. Amy Carter (R-Valdosta) are the only two Georgia members of this year’s class. The first Georgian was selected to the program in 1988 with only 16 Georgians being selected through 2014. “It's indeed a distinguished honor to be selected as a member of the Henry Toll Fellow class of 2015,” said Rep. Stovall. “I believe that being one of only two elected officials from Georgia who were selected for this program speaks volumes to my continued commitment towards excellence in public service and leadership.”
