1st Fundraising Deadline at Midnight! 

Tonight is the deadline the first quarter of fundraising. We had less that 10 days to kick off raising funds for our re-election campaign. We have done some great work in the last two years and have even more to do. I need your support to win my re-election campaign. You can help by clicking here and chipping in $10, $25, $50, $100, $500, $1000 or whatever you can up to $2500  by the close of the first quarter at Midnight tonight!

Join me on Monday, March 31st at Clayton State University East Campus for 1st 2014 Speak Your Mind Monday. Topics include: Legislative Wrap-Up, Affordable Healthcare Final Sign-up and special guest Clayton County Superior Judge Albert Collier ill be discussing DUI/Drug Courts.

A Week (Month) of Education

Last week was full of ---you guessed it, education. I had the opportunity to speak with college students at the Atlantic Institute Leadership Forum, was a guest speaker at the North Clayton Middle National Honors Society Induction Ceremony and participated at the CTAE Career Expo. It would appear the entire month of March was full of education as we also hosted the 1st Annual Educational Leadership Day at the Capitol, welcomed over 200 students to the Capitol and recognized the great achievements of District 74 students.
