Well, family and friends, the BIG DAY is tomorrow, July 31st. We are reminded that the "the race is not given to the swift nor to the strong, but to the one who endures to the end". The campaign ends tomorrow, but a new Journey begins.
Would you like to volunteer to be a poll worker on tomorrow? We have 3 shifts and 13 precincts to cover. The shifts are 7am-9am, 11am-1pm, 4pm-7pm. Your only duty is holding up a campaign sign and passing out campaign information to the people coming to vote. The locations are: Lake City -National Archives; Morrow City Hall; Forest Park- Fountain Elem, Babbs Middle, Philadelphia Presbyterian Church; College Park-West Clayton Elem, Christian Fellowship Baptist Church; Riverdale- Oliver Elem, Churst St. Elem, Riverdale Christian Church, Riverdale UMC, Fountain of Faith Baptist Church.
