The delegation is considering the districting of wards in the cities of Morrow, Lake City, Riverdale, Jonesboro, and Lovejoy. Presently the voters in these cities elect their councilmembers and mayors at-large. The proposal will not change how the mayor is elected, but only affect the city councilmembers. The voters will be able to gain a balance representation by elected candidates in their perspective wards just like in Forest Park and College Park presently. Voice your opinion. A brief discussion of the Federal Aviation Administration ruling of the collection of aviation fuel at the airport will be discussed. There is a consideration for redistricting of school board and county commission seats as well.
