2013-YEAR OF PROGRESS

My platform is The BUCK- economic regeneration, The BOOK- education reformation, and The BALLOT- voter empowerment.

As one year comes to a close and a new year begins, we are reminded that it is only by God's grace.  I extend a personal invitation to each of you to come witness an historic event when I take my official oath as State Representative-District 74 on Monday, January 14, 2013 at 10am at the State Capitol in the House Chambers.  The seating is first come first seated and is free to the public. Family and Friends will meet at Applebee's at 5pm at 6727 Tara Blvd. in Jonesboro, GA (Home of the 2 for $20).

This will be the "Year of Progress"  in 2013 for District 74, Clayton County and the State of Georgia because God will open the doors to new opportunities. The foundation was laid in 2012, and now construction can begin.  With every new construction project there is excitement along with unforeseen challenges.  However, when the brand new building is finally completed, all the laborers and even spectators admit it was worth it in the end.  The same will be said for Clayton County and the State of Georgia which will be in better positions economically, educationally, and politically.

Progress has already begun....Events in 2012:
Moving the Region Forward-Aug. 2012 ~ Elected Secretary of the Clayton County Delegation-Nov. 2012 ~ Clayton County Educators' Forum-Dec. 2012
