56th Annual Artists' Alpine Juried Holiday Show
Ouray County Arts Association
Deadline for Entry : June 20

Enter one of the oldest juried exhibits in Colorado, which features over 400 works competing for $7,000 in awards.  The show is generally attended by close to 2,000 visitors from foreign countries and more than 30 states.  Approximately 10% or more of the art is sold during the show's run each year.  More info, registration and guidelines.

The Mancos Common Press welcomes Professor Matt Neff for a presentation and slideshow on the role of the letterpress in the digital age. An artist, printer, and educator living in Philadelphia, Matt Neff teaches and runs the Common Press at the University of Pennsylvania.

Copenhagen cross-disciplinary artist, Marie Hauge, brings to Durango an innovative workshop designed to challenge artists to explore new areas and approaches to their craft through a renowned 5 Step Performance Program.  The workshop will culminate in a 6 hour ongoing performance, where each artists will get an opportunity to experiment and present different work.

Telluride Painting School : Merit Scholarships

The position will coordinate marketing and public relations with the goal of fostering community engagement, appreciation, and enthusiasm for Telluride’s regional history.
