Greetings fellow readers!
February is now upon us! How many of us have actually stuck to our New Year's resolutions? Was one of your resolutions to eat healthier? If so, are you eating healthier now than you were a month ago? If you are, great! If not, what's stopping you? If you're set on a goal and have made it your priority, the only one stopping you is yourself. You procrastinate. You make other excuses. You may be investing more of your energy making excuses than you would be were you to actually work on trying to achieve your goal! Get some post-it notes, write whatever your goal may be on each one and decorate your home with them. Sometimes we need constant reminders. Hopefully your goal was not to reduce paper consumption! Recycle!
