Recipes & Tips

Coming soon...delicious recipes that are simple and not-so-simple but will have your family and friends so impressed, they'll wonder why you didn't go to culinary school to become a chef. Or maybe not. But they are healthy! I will sneak in a few recipes that are not-so-healthy because you need to enjoy once in a while. I will also include useful tips when shopping at the supermarket, prepping and storing food, and other good stuff.

If you'd like to share some recipes, submit them to me and if they're pretty healthy, I'll post them on my site (and give you credit, of course). If they're not healthy but I like them, I'll tweak them.

Thank you for subscribing to my newsletter!

Recycle!

What do you think of the new dietary guidelines?

It’s amusing to note that considering that the US is far from the healthiest nation on the planet, other countries follow its example and have similar food guides... read more

What are your thoughts? I'd like to hear them! Send me an email and I'll try to get back to you as soon as I can. While you're waiting, check out my site eatgenius.com. Thanks!
