The International Convention is Rotary’s biggest annual gathering, which this year was held in Sydney’s spectacular Olympic Park. As Rotary’s official project partner, ShelterBox was there meeting colleagues and thousands of visitors from all over the world!

ShelterBox has its roots in the Rotary movement, and is Rotary International’s only official project partner. For over a hundred years - since 1910 - Rotarians have gathered annually, and this year Sydney, played host to Rotarians from more than 150 countries.

ShelterBox’s Director of Fundraising and Communications, Becky Maynard, said, ‘This was a wonderful opportunity to connect with people and organisations who help us deliver aid to families in need worldwide. Our alliance with Rotarians is one of ShelterBox’s greatest assets, and our shared history is well worth celebrating. I’m proud that ShelterBox is represented here at this truly global gathering.’.
