Hurawalhi: the newest luxury resort in the Maldives

I am just back from the newest opening in the Maldives: Hurawalhi, Set on an enchanting private island in the pristine Lhaviyani Atoll it offers 90 charming villas, all same size, only it differentiates if they are on the beach or over-water, with or without private pool. All of them comfortably designed for the perfect stay, My favorite places in the resort are:
- Champagne Pavilion thought to enjoy perfect Maldives sunsets with a glass of champagne, it does not get any more romantic!
- Snorkelling or diving with resident biologist Lisa, The wonderful coral reefs in the Maldives are breathtaking and to swimm with manta rays or dolphins is just unforgettable
- Duniye Spa where during the treatments I was able to see baby sharks and many colorful fishes. Treatments are with authentically organic, certified non-toxic and cruelty-free skin care and beauty products
- 5.8 undersea restaurant, the world’s largest all-glass undersea restaurant: offers a multi-course tasting menú combined with a state-of-the-art location. Enjoy dinner surrounded by the amazing Maldives underwater life.
It is the perfect place to relax, adults only of course.

Metropole Bangkok:  the first hotel of The Crest Collection in Asia

The first hotel of The Crest Collection in Asia is in Bangkok, the Metropole is located in Thonglor, one of Bangkok’s most desirable districts, and has 98 studios, featuring intimate, stylish fittings alongside some amenities like a kitchenette, living and dining area
Food is served in Chow Café & Bar, gorgeously decorated with an open kitchen and old-fashioned wooden interior offering a wide selection of Asian fusion cuisine along with a full bar and friendly staff. Really loved it.
The facilities of Prim Spa within the hotel, are really nice, chic and welcoming

Anantara Spa, the revamped Spa in Anantara Siam Bangkok

The renewed Spa in Anantara Siam Bangkok inspires traditional Thai architecture and evokes a feeling of harmony with nature, it is relaxing and welcoming. I was the lucky girl to enjoy the newest signature treatment the Siam 2482: a 90-minutes journey of local therapies, drawing upon holistic therapies from Myanmar, Laos and China. The name is derived from Buddhist calendar year 2482 (it’s now 2559) when the Kingdom of Siam went through an upswing in modernisation and changed its name to Thailand. The treatment itself relaxes the guest through an evolution of therapies, starting with a bamboo massage, stretching, herbal compresses and a foot reflexology session. Two gold leaves are applied to finish the experience, encouraging a quiet, peaceful state of mind.
I truly was flying after the treatment.
