The Langham Xintiandi, chic east meets west

I have been invited once again to ILTM Asia, so I was lucky to experience à full the beautiful The Langham Xintiandi, an ultra-modern, glass-fronted building featuring 24 storeys & 357 rooms, most with floor-to-ceiling windows, designed by Peter Remedios. Try to book one of the rooms with the u wooden round bathtubs. Really fabulous!
Food is a real experience in The Langham Xintiandi, with the delicious T'ang Court offering a unique Chinese experience -stay tuned when Michelin arrives to Shanghai!-, & all the food outlets lead by Catalan Culinary Director Albert Servalls.
A visit to the spa is a must, with its unique architecture and using Spanish products Natura Bissé. I enjoyed the signature Chuan massage, just loved it!.

The Langham Xintiandi is located directly across the street from the pedestrian-only Xintiandi, an area filled with chic shops & upscale restaurants housed in traditional shikumen housing.

And I also visited to the new Four seasons DIFC, a boutique oasis in the heart of the city. Carlo Stragiotto, formerly in Four Seasons Milan, brings the Italian elegance to lead this jewel: filled with design & art, the hotel offers 5 amazing terraces where to chill with a view. A total of 106 guest rooms feature wood clad walls, hand-tufted custom carpeting & faceted metal pendants. Find even a very chic spa as the haven of calm.
