Reminders re: class schedule, arrivals & departures, and health precautions
Dear musicians and families,
Our fall term is off to a great start! Thank you for your support with punctual drop-offs and pick-ups, mask-wearing, hand-sanitizing, minimizing touched surfaces in the studio, and staying home when ill. We are all doing our part to keep each other safe so we can make music together.
Remember to contact me anytime if you'd like to join your classremotely due to illness family conflicts. I'll send you the Zoom link and be sure to set up my equipment for your rehearsal. Home practice should also be supported with our online Practice Video Tutorials. Please see the links below (even students who are regularly attending class in-person will appreciate this extra practice support!)
We are already learning lots of music, following this year's theme of "Storytelling." I am looking forward to creating our video projects for Peter and the Wolf and the Carnival of the Animals. Look out in November for information about video recording our parts!
ART CHALLENGE: Budding artists are invited to submit a drawing of any of the following animals to be included in our video project!
Lion, Tortoise, Swan, Elephant, Fish, Chickens, Wolf, Cat, Bird, Duck.
