November 2020 News

Dear musicians and families,
Halloween is coming! We will not be celebrating with a special themed video shoot this year BUT anyone who attends their private lesson or group class in costume this week will receive a candy prize! Home learners can submit a photo of themselves in costume and holding/playing their instrument to earn a prize as well - just contact me to pick it up at a later date.

Please support your/your child's home practice with our online Practice Video Tutorials. Students should play along with the videos 2x each week. Scroll down for the video links.

We are already learning lots of music, following this year's theme of "Storytelling." I am looking forward to creating our video projects for Peter and the Wolf and the Carnival of the Animals. Scroll down for the recording dates.

ART CHALLENGE: Budding artists are invited to submit a drawing of any of the following characters or animals to be included in our video projects!
Lion, Tortoise, Swan, Elephant, Fish, Chickens, Wolf, Cat, Bird, Duck, Kangaroo, Hunters, Peter, Grandfather.
Musically yours,
~ Jennifer
