Fall Lessons Start-Dates, Weekly Scheduling & Registration Fees
September Newsletter Dear musicians & families,
I am so looking forward to seeing you all and making music in-person! My colleagues, Mr Dave (guitar), Mr Jaedon (violin/viola) and Miss Trina (cello) and I are excited to welcome you back and get started with new songs. I know some of you will be returning with anxiety or nerves, but rest assured that our instructors are all here to support you in your learning and enjoyment. We will be starting our fresh term with open minds and hearts and will work with you to achieve your goals. Yes, we have some health protocols to adhere to (scroll for more info), but we are going to have fun and continue to develop our skills, find our passion, and share the music! Musically yours,
~ Miss Jennifer P.S. Please be reminded that the private lot is not available for student use. Everyone should use the municipal parking lot (just 75c/hour for drop-off, pick-up and parking).
Fall Group Classes: Group Classes begin the week of September 14-16. A schedule has been posted on the website and if you're not sure of your class, click here. Fee installments were due Sept 1st for continuing students who did not submit the full balance in June. Please see below for the registration form, payment amounts and installment options and complete your enrollment ASAP!
Fall Private Lessons All returning private students should now have a confirmed weekly lesson time. Fall Lessons begin after Labour Day, so September 7-13th will be the first week of lessons following the fall schedule. If you're not sure of your time, please contact me to confirm!
New Students Do you know a child aged 9-13 interested in joining an introductory strings class on violin, viola or cello? Please invite them to visit our website for info or contact me at email@example.com / (905) 912-6125.

For cash payments, please book an appointment to stop by the studio.
If you missed paying the deposit, please use the New Student payment options as listed on the registration forms, total of $470 (or $390 for the 2nd family member).
Health Precautions and Policies
At this time we will not be requiring proof of vaccination from our students or their parents. However, you are encouraged to receive all vaccinations for which you are eligible so that you may help us to protect our children and those who are vulnerable in our community and so that you are prepared if the requirement should change. We will continue to adhere to policies set out by the ministry, including:
All students (and guests) should self-screen before entering.
If you are experiencing any signs of illness such as coughing, difficulty breathing, shortness of breath, fever, fatigue, headache, nausea, diarrhea, loss of smell or taste, or a skin rash then you should remain at home.
We will wear masks indoors, remain at a distance from one another, restrict capacity to 75% or less, clean high-touch surfaces frequently, and ask family members to wait outside the studio during group classes and during pick-up / drop-off.
Additionally, the studio is outfitted with a modern HVAC ventilation system with filters replaced regularly, and HEPA filters are being used to help further cleanse the air.
Online Lesson Option
If you are not able to attend your class physically due to illness, exposure to someone who is ill, a lack of transportation, or recent travel, please contact me to arrange to meet on Zoom. Private lessons can carry on as normal via Zoom. Group class students will have the opportunity to audit the class (ie. you'll be able to see and hear us and can follow along from home!)
